Employed as the lead creative comms agency for TaO, a comprehensive business change programme designed to deliver substantial cost savings to a leading FMCG manufacturer. The comms strategy was video led, utilising the medium to communicate complex system and process changes, and more importantly, why these changes were critical in terms of the overall restructuring. The programme was cascaded globally and awareness driven throughout regional offices via high impact internal comms.
